PROCESS SERVER

Timely and reliable, our process servers are dedicated to ensuring that legal documents are served with precision and in compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules 6 – Service of Documents and to the highest standards. As with all agents, TSS Process Servers are insured and have undergone professional training leading to industry recognised accreditations.

After receiving your enquiry, we will provide you with a fixed cost. Our prices for Process Serving Service are detailed here and discounts of up to 15% can be applied for volume work.

Standard Process Server UK – starting at £90.

First attempt at service will be made within 24 hours. Includes two further follow-up attempts (when required). A full statement of service is provided within 24 hours of service.

Non-Molestation/Occupation Orders – starting at £120.

​

First attempt at service will be made within 24 hours. Includes two further follow-up attempts (when required). We also serve the local police station and obtain and provide a CAD Reference Number.

Same day Process Server UK – starting at £150.

​

Attempt at service will be made on the same day of instruction. Includes three visits to an address (if required) and a statement of service. Statement of service shall be provided within 3 hours of service.

Express Process Server UK – starting at £200.

Court And Legal Document Collection / Delivery – starting at £80.
